Understanding New Release Home Page

The Release Home page now contains a special section which includes Release Metric Charts.
According to ITIL V3 some metrics have to be considered, you can see some of them at the beginning of the Home page.
You will see the previous functionality of the Home Page at the middle in which you can create a New Release, Change Owner and Filter the list view of all Releases.

Understanding the Metric Charts

     1.   The Open Releases Vs Overdue Tasks

This Chart makes the comparison between the Open Releases with and without overdue Tasks. It is considering the Releases without overdue Tasks but related to a Change with overdue Tasks. At the right of the Chart you will find a table containing the Releases ( Subject, Status, Priority) which have at least an overdue Task or the Releases that are related to a change with overdue Task.

      2.   The Open Releases Vs Priority

This Chart shows the Open Releases according with their Priority. You will see a table at the right of the chart showing the details of that Open Releases.

Note: You can expand/collapse the metric charts by clicking on the trigangle icon. This setting will be saved in your cookies, so the next time you enter to this page it will be remembered.
