Browser Requirements

InSite requires a web browser supported by salesforce.com, which include Firefox 3 and above, Safari 3 and above, and Internet Explorer 7 and above. Some components make use of Adobe Flex, which requires a recent version of the Adobe Flash plugin.

Some content may optionally be served as PDFs, to view these requires a PDF reader and Adobe Reader is recommended and tested for this purpose.

Screen Resolution

InSite is tested at a minimum resolution of 1280 x 1024, the standard for any semi-modern display. Widths of less than 1280 may have some text wrapping but should still be useable. The self-service portal supports resolutions of 1024 x 768 and above.
