About Date and Time Stamping

InSite programatically stamps the date and time when significant changes occur throughout the life cycle of a record.

These changes, for example, include entries that are made in the following fields on pages such as Incident Details:

  • Date/Time Closed
  • Created By
  • Last Modified By
  • Each entry made in the Incident History Panel in the accordion
